"My $3600 Kitchenaid combo oven microwave died. I called my home warranty company and they came out. Yvette told me the control board was no longer available and the warranty company said they were sorry about that. The unit is about 15 years old.
I knew Mr. Busby was in the business and he confirmed the same diagnoses HOWEVER he said there was a company that reworked these boards and gave a warranty for their product.
He sent it off and about a week later returned with the “new” part. He installed it and all was well with my oven.
For a few hundred dollars he fixed me up and I did not have to replace the oven which is a custom sized unit and almost impossible to replace for less than $5K.
Mr. Busby is the only appliance service person who will be entering my home in the future."

Samsung washer would spin, become unbalanced and revert back to rinse cycle repeatedly
"Brian came out the day after I called and diagnosed the problem. He brought the parts the next day and fixed the washer, even though he ran into an unexpected obstacle. I had a technician come out when the washer had a recall issue. That technician bolted the top of the washer to the chassis to "fix" the issue Samsung was having with washers flying apart and doing damage and possibly causing harm to people. This "fix" made it MUCH MORE DIFFICULT for the shocks to be replaced. But Brian took it in stride and found a way. It took much longer than he had planned and he still had more customers to see on the day before a holiday, but he just smiled and figured it out. I highly recommend Evolution Appliance Repair and will use them again."

"The whole process went very well. Almost immediately after contacting them through Angie's List, I received a call. I was given a reasonable quote for replacement (as there was an advisory about the unsealed unit freezing up and burning out the motor) and an appointment was made for the next day. Brian Arrived at the appointed hour and quickly replaced the unit and sealed it properly. He was done in less than 20 minutes. Very personable and conscientious. "My dishwasher wasn't draining. Brian checked the drain pump. It was running. Then he verified the computer board was good. He decided that it may simply be the drain hose/overflow was clogged or not working. After a run to pick up the part, he quickly replaced it and problem solved. He was neat, created minimal mess (which he cleaned up) and really nice about explaining everything to me.
